  • We are open for appointments in the clinic and we look forward to seeing you, however, we have  procedures to follow and it’s important that you read the following information to ensure we are keeping all of our patients and staff safe as well as complying with regulations:

    Signing in:                 

    You are required to sign in via scanning the QR code or paper form

    Masks:    

    Masks to be worn at all times in the clinic, unless you have a medical reason as to why you cannot

    1. Pre-appointmet screen

    Please DO NOT enter the building if you answer yes to any of the below questions:
    • Have you, or anyone you have had close contact with, had a suspected, probable or confirmed case of Covid-19, or are currently awaiting the results of a test?
    • Have you been in contact in the last two weeks with others who have been unwell with respiratory symptoms or fever?
    • Do you have any of these symptoms:
      • New or worsening respiratory symptoms, with or without fever, including one of the following
      • sore throat
      • cough
      • shortness of breath
      • runny nose
      • temporary loss of smell

    3. Appointment Instructions

    • Please only come into the building ONE MINUTE prior to your appointment, unless you have paperwork to fill out. This is generally only patients presenting for initial consultations that haven’t filled out our web form
    • You need to wear a mask
    • Scan the QR code
    • There will be hand sanitizer available at the door, please use this before entering opening the door
    • EFTPOS or internet banking is the preferred payment method if able
    • We also recommend using the hand sanitizer upon leaving the premises
