    In alert level 1 & 2, we are open for appointments in the clinic and we look forward to seeing you, however, we have  procedures to follow and it’s important that you read the following information to ensure we are keeping all of our patients and staff safe as well as complying with regulations:

    DO NOT enter the building if you answer yes to any of the below questions:


    • Have you, or anyone you have had close contact with, had a suspected, probable or confirmed case of Covid-19, or are currently awaiting the results of a test?
    • Have you been in contact in the last two weeks with others who have been unwell with respiratory symptoms or fever?
    • Do you have any of these symptoms:
      • New or worsening respiratory symptoms, with or without fever, including one of the following
      • sore throat
      • cough
      • shortness of breath
      • runny nose
      • temporary loss of smell

    It is NOT RECOMMENDED that you enter the building if you:

    If you fit any of the above descriptions, please call us on 03 308 5188. We can offer you a Telehealth video appointment for the same time OR we can reschedule for a later date.

    Appointment Instructions

    • Please only come into the building ONE MINUTE prior to your appointment
    • Scan the QR code, if possible
    • There will be hand sanitizer available at the door, please use this before entering
    • EFTPOS or internet banking is the preferred payment method
    • We also recommend using the hand sanitizer upon leaving the premises
