Massage Ball
We can’t all afford a personal masseuse to rub out the kinks, soreness, and tight spots in our muscles every day. But there is a way to massage yourself, with the benefit of being able to control exactly where and how much pressure to apply. These lacrosse balls/ massage balls are Shaun’s favourite tool and something that can really help treat and prevent.
Combine this with a Foam roller and you will be feeling great!

- Promote blood circulation
- Massage muscles
- Release knots
- relieve tension
